Hilaree has a passion for cooking and will have the opportunity to share her technique and creativity in Mamacita’s kitchen as the Culinary Master! When not creating tasty new menu items, Hilaree spends time with the love of her life, her 6 year old Son.
Emily, with more than 9 years Food Service Management experience and friendly personality makes for a perfect fit as Mamacita’s General Manager. When not managing the restaurant, Emily spends time with the love of her life, her 10 month old daughter.
Monica has been in Administrative Operations Management for 18 years, formerly with a University affiliated research institute and currently with a CPA firm. Her focus is the financial management and operations for Mamacita’s, Inc. Since October 2018, Monica has made her vision and dream of owning a business come to fruition with careful planning, data research and many hours of dedication and hard work!
