PARMA, Ohio — Mamacita’s has been a family effort from the beginning. The Parma-based Mexican restaurant, which opened at 6164 Broadview Rd. on Aug. 30, was founded by Monica Hally and her two daughters Hilaree and Emily Durkin.
“The reason I chose the name ‘Mamacita’s’ is because we’re all mothers,” Hally said. “People say, ‘What’s your model?’ It would be, ‘If I invited you over for dinner, this is what we would serve you.’ ”
